Marinade Mix, Sundried Tomato & Herb

Sun dried tomatoes with a Mediterranean blend of herbs and spices. 

Great on chicken and fish. Use to tenderize tough meats or just to add moisture and flavor. Marinade recipe (per lb. of chicken beef, pork, or fish):  Mix the following ingredients together: 3/4 cup water, 6 Tbsp canola oil, 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup marinade mix / put marinade and meat in a resealable bag, and put in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.  For best results, leave overnight / remove meat from the bag and dispose of excess marinade / cook by desired method. 

Ingredients: Sea salt, turbinado sugar, sun dried tomatoes, tomato powder, spices, dehydrated onion and garlic, silicon dioxide added to prevent caking
