Ingredients
-
3 cups Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt (full-fat works best for a creamier texture!)
-
1 cup Spice Madness Rainbow Sprinkles (The key to the best color and fun!)
Directions
Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, gently fold the Greek yogurt and Spice Madness Rainbow Sprinkles together. To keep the colors from bleeding, mix just until the sprinkles are evenly distributed.
Fill Molds: Carefully spoon the yogurt popsicle mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Freeze: Insert popsicle sticks and place the molds in the freezer. Freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours, or overnight, until completely solid.
Serve: To easily release the popsicles, run the outside of the mold under warm water for 10-15 seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy the smiles!

Tips for the Best Homemade Popsicles
No Popsicle Mold? No problem! You can use small paper or plastic cups. Just cover the top with foil, poke a popsicle stick through the center, and freeze.
Make it Creamier: Using full-fat Greek yogurt will result in a less icy, creamier popsicle.
Storage: Store your homemade yogurt popsicles in the freezer for up to a month. You can remove them from the mold and keep them in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container.
