Apple picking season is in full swing, which means – all types of apple treats! One of my newest favorites and the simplest to make is Sheet Pan Apple Pie. This recipe was inspired by Katie Lee Biegel’s Peach Slab Pie. I had to make a few adjustments. I traded the peaches for apples, used Spice Madness Cinnamon Sugar instead of regular granulated, and added my own secret ingredient – 1 tablespoon of Apple Pie Spice by Spice Madness.
