Salty, herbaceous, with garlic and onion notes. 

Great on chicken, beef or pork. Used to tenderize tough meats or just to add moisture and flavor. Marinade recipe (per lb. of chicken beef, pork, or fish)  Mix the following ingredients together: 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup canola oil, 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 1/2 cup marinade mix / put marinade and meat in a resealable bag, and put in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.  For best results, leave overnight / remove meat from the bag and dispose of excess marinade / cook by desired method.  

Ingredients: Sea salt, spices, corn starch, dehydrated onion and garlic, evaporated cane sugar, red and green bell peppers, hydrolyzed corn protein, natural flavors, spice extracts.
