Herbaceous, with a slight bite and compliments any poultry recipe.
Recipe for stuffing per 5lb bird: sauté 1/3 cup diced onions with 1/2 cup chopped celery in 4 Tbsp of margarine or butter until golden / add 1/2 cup broth, water, or milk, and pour mixture over 8 slices of stale or toasted bread that has been cut into cubes / add 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning plus a pinch of pepper and/or salt (if desired) and toss well / this recipe is for stuffing inside the bird. Add up to 3/4 cup additional liquid if cooking in a greased baking dish and cook for 45 minutes at 350° F
