Around here, people can’t wait for autumn, and this year between the heat, the humidity, and the rain, I know I’m looking forward to those crisp, cool, mornings and nights. At my house, we embrace seasonal cooking, and nothing says autumn like pumpkins.
During the week, we try to be healthy and start the day with Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats.
