Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons Spice Madness Cajun Seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter
-
½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 red bell pepper, sliced
-
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup chicken broth
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta

1 teaspoon Spice Madness Creole Seasoning

Chopped parsley and sliced green onions for garnish
Directions
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Shrimp: Toss shrimp with Spice Madness Cajun Seasoning. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Veggies: In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and sauté until tender. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
Make the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Add Parmesan cheese and Spice Madness Creole Seasoning, whisking until smooth and slightly thickened.
Combine Everything: Return the shrimp to the skillet, add the cooked pasta, and toss to coat in the sauce. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
